Returns

Due to the exclusivity and handmade element of our products, we do not offer change of mind returns. If your product is defective, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund. In some cases, we may allow returns in other circumstances, please contact us should you have any concerns about your order and we will ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.

Conditions for Return

– Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
– Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
 
Return Process

1. Contact our support team at info@shukriandtajvidi.com to initiate a return.
2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method through our preferred service provider.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Please note we do not offer exchanges due to the exclusive element of our products.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
